I purchased a 4 pack of Visine for Contacts but some were expired or about to expire. Are these newer bottles or the pretty much the same deal?

If you contact Amazon they will fix it for you. No all of mine were fine.

can it be used without contacts?

Yes definitely, it is hydrating and clearing for the eyes that is SAFE to be used with contacts....because some other ones that not intended to be used with contacts contain astringent, which can damage the contact itself. I use it with or without contacts .

what is the expiration date on these?

I purchased this a couple of months ago and it has a 2/2022 expiration
