Brian doesn't care about his nails, but I do 😄: So, my products arrived on time however my box was mangled. Everything in the box was okay except for my Bliss Kiss Cuticle & Nail Oil Vanilla Hydration Pen. It arrived with the oil just sitting in the pen cap, the baggie it was in was open, there was nothing I could use. I wrote to the company about what I was looking at and asked them was there anything we could do to fix it. I got a prompt reply from Adrienne Gilberts who is Ana's assistant. She apologized, got my Amazon order number and went to work making it right. Next thing I knew I received an email from Adrienne with shipping and tracking information for my replacement pen 😄. Let me go backwards for a minute. My nails were so horrible, I wrote about it in another product review I did. I spent the better part of a month to a month and a half looking through the net for solutions and ended up at YouTube. I have my own channel for hair and soap making and I know that other ladies give tons of help there as well. I watched so many nail repair and nail growth videos and came to a conclusion: I need Bliss Kiss Cuticle Oil pens! I couldn't wait to start using it, but then the mangled box and you know the rest. So I posted my reviews for my other items and waited for the replacement. It came and to my joy and surprise Adrienne had not only sent the pen, but a lip gloss as well! 😃 I started using it that day and boy let me tell you IT WORKS! It is amazing people. My nails and skin soak it in and man that vanilla makes my tummy growl in hunger because it smells so darned good LOL! But it so really works. In about four days my cuticles smoothed, the nails started to turn clear (for those thinking that is a bad thing please know that it is a very good thing. Clear nails mean they are very hydrated and hydration is always great), and my nails are so healthy right now. There is a technical aspect to the pen: You need to turn the pen WITH the brush tip pointing up to dispense the oil! If you try to dispense the oil with the pen facing down you will get nothing. Ms. Ana provides you with a pamphlet that contains detailed instructions on how to dispense and use these pens, LOVE IT. I know their goal is to provide us with quality products and the goal is to keep us coming back for more, but I have to tell you that you can take the pen apart and refill it... with Bliss's refill oil! 😍 Just look on YouTube, there are a few videos that show you how to make that happen. You should know if you follow her instructions you will need more than one pen. I highly suggest that you buy the Bliss Kiss Simply Pure Starter Kit or the big refill bottle they sell. It comes with 4 pens and you will need everyone of them. I did not have the money for the four pens, but I was hydrating my nails with sweet almond oil and Burt's Bees Lemon Cuticle Cream before the pen came. And even after using those my nails were STILL hungry and this cuticle oil pen just hit the spot... or should I say it hit the nail matrix lol. Yeah, I love it and now my only quest is to convince Lovey (Brian Pusey) to let me buy the big bottle of Simply Pure cuticle oil 😉 The picture below is of my nails after using the oil pen after only 4 days. So happy, so elated. Great oil, great pen, fabulous customer service, wonderful company. I will use this forever! 😘

I had a hysterectomy quite young and my nails really deteriorated with the abrupt drop in hormone levels associated with surgical menopause. Extreme ridges, brittle, weak, easily torn. I tried just about everything - nail strengthening and/or hardening polishes, various brands of cuticle oil etc. This worked by far the best. I apply it in the evening, either before bed or while watching tv. The key is to let it soak in. My nails are more robust, cuticles healthy, and most of the nail ridges have disappeared. Still have weak spots on certain nails but for just 3 months of use, the difference is amazing. I also live in a very dry climate so this helps keep my nails and cuticles hydrated. Highly recommend.

I used to order it in the USA during many years. Finally found it here and happy to confirm the quality and the smell are the same. Too bad it is much more expensive though than in the USA Amazon

Great oil for keeping cuticles moisturised, even eczema prone skin, helps nails look healthy and grows them to be flexible
