Figura similar a la de Marvel Legends solo que mas alta y con algunas diferencias en cuanto a detalles en el martillo y la armadura. Como plus, la base para colocarlo.

The marvel select Thor is hands down one of the most detailed figures I have bought. They really went above and beyond with the way Thors costume/cape/hammer/base look. His actual suit is textured throughout and has a very shiny metallic paint that really makes him stand out. The rest of the suit is also very detailed with a lot of attention put into the creases on the clothing and boots. the cape is made of a very strong plastic not really bendable but its molded in a way that there is really no need to move it. The cape is textured as well and even has different shades of color and not just a flat red. He comes with one accessory and a base. The hammer Mjolnir Is also very detailed and it actually looks like it is made of stone. The base itself is pretty good with the sides and top well painted and textured. The face sculpt on this figure is amazing looks just like the picture on the side of the box and the helmet is perfect. The only downside to this figure is the articulation is very basic with the head and arms being hindered by the cape and the legs also have very stiff joints.Pros:THE DETAIL!!!!very good paintnice baseincludes removal MjolnirCons:articulation is very basic(personal con helmet not removable)Overall well worth the money even with the limited articulation

This figure is excellent! All of the Diamond Select stuff I have at this point is sculpted and painted beautifully. If I were to pick something to be critical about, it would be the lack of articulation. The figure CAN be posed, but you are somewhat limited in posing. The base makes for an extra awesome display and the hammer looks awesome!BreakdownSculpt: 5/5 (the textures are so good on this thing that they could be real - the face is not my favorite Thor sculpt every, but it's still good)Paint: 5/5 (the paint application here is great - there's been a wash applied to his armor to give it a more realistic feel)Articulation: 3/5 (articuation is a bit limited here, but he still looks amazing standing on top of the base holding Mjolonir)Accuracy to the character: 5/5 (it looks exactly like Thor from the comics)Overall Value: 4/5 (the price is usually around $25 - that's the going retail rate for Diamond Select stuff - if you're a fan of Thor it's definitely worth your money)I do recommend this figure to anyone who is a Thor fan that wants a decently priced piece for the collection shelf.
