Make sure to read the instructions carefully when you open this in fact I found a video online that says how to use it and it's wrong it doesn't explain how to open it properly. But the box has the instructions correctly so just do that, other than that it seems to work just fine I am waiting to see if it lasts as long as it says it does because it does look a lot smaller and I've only been using it for a week or two at most but in those two weeks I've only used it like 4-5 times basically and it looks to have shrunk in size although it hasn't lost a lot of weight yet I think it's a fun item to have if you really just want to try something new or like trying new products for your face other than that it's just that in fact it looks like just soap I'm not sure but it does clean the face alright and it's fun to use. I've yet to use it more often to see if it's actually good or basically soap but in a bubble. Probably a good idea for kids or teens if they have oily skin it really cleans very well but you definitely need a moisturizer afterwards I think.

This is a neat and fun way to use a facial cleanser but isn’t really special in any other way. I use this at night, rubbing the sphere all over my face and then using my fingertips to scrub gently. It gives a nice light foam and isn’t overly drying. There is hardly any scent to this, which is great for sensitive skin like mine. The ball only lasts about 45 days for $10, so take that as you will! I’m glad I tried this, and it makes for a cute gift or stocking stuffer!

This cleans my face better than any other cleanser I’ve used. It has a slight silky lather, not a harsh one. It smells light and clean. My face is not stripped after and my skin is kinda radiant. Downside: it shrinks super fast. I can get about 3 weeks out of it. Also, when it’s down to the last of the product, it falls completely apart and is just goop. But it still works so well! At that point, it starts to smell a little like its gone “bad.” And it gets a weird film on it from being touched so much. And even at that point, it is still amazing for my skin. Sometimes I get tired of the downsides but I haven’t found anything my skin loves as much.

maybe good for travel? unwieldy to store and despite the company's claims that the package acts as storage, that cheap piece of thin plastic isnt staying in my shower. i often broke out while using this. my skin did not feel any better or worse than if i were to use cetaphil. infact cetaphil breaks me out less. was not impressed. i quickly switched to another cleanser and the ball has dried out in my medicine cabinet.

My daughter is 9.5 and after the summer I noticed she developed blotchy, patchy, and uneven skin that was really dry. We tried a few other facial cleanser and moisturizer but none brought her even complexion back.My daughter loves this ball and is running around telling everyone about her "Skin Routine" lol. Not only is this ball fun to use but it really works. In just a week her complexion has evened out, her skin is brighter, and I can see the rough dry patches soften with each use. I do pair this cleanser with Garnier Gel Moisturizer and combined these give her a dewy glow and all day moisture.I will be subscribing so she can continue her routine!... and maybe using this myself.
