Defective product with improper packaging.
Guitar is not working. Can hear sound of loose parts inside guitar. Packaging was not in proper box. It was wrapped in a used carton, even tapes were broken. Highly disappointed as it was ordered for daughter's bday.

With respect to piono - it was good. But guitar - received in open condition and sound quality was very very bad ( very very low)
