Q: Does this paint need a primer under it if painting bare wood?

This paint, or any other paint, always lasts better with a primer. The primer is an interface facilitating adhesion and other characteistics due to the difference in coefficient of expansion between the base and coating.

Q: You can buy this same size bottle at Walmart for $5.96. Why is the price so high on Amazon??

Because there is no such thing as free shipping. You are just paying for shipping by it being rolled into the price instead of that fee being a separate charge.

Q: can this be used in airbrush

I've used it watered down for backgrounds etc for indoor paintings and it's worked great. My airbrush machine isn't super fancy but I've just made sure to fully clean in between colors

Q: could this be used on concrete for numbers of an address?

I would say yes, it's Acrylic paint , I have not used it on concrete but I would do a few coats allowing each coat to dry before next coat.
