This was my valentines gift for my husband. His old heating pad was hideous....old, small, ugly looking. My husband always has sore muscles from working hard. His neck, his shoulders, his lower back. This heating pad warms all areas at once. He can even get up, walk around, and come back to his seat without getting cold. It's soft, comfortable, and he absolutely loves it. Very highly recommend this product.

I wish the heat around neck and shoulders was as warm as the back, that it was a little wider, and weighted more. Other than that it is good.

Luvvvv this heating pad!! Because of my issues I’m a heating pad expert! I own a Sunbeam for the shoulder and neck area but needed something more substantial and found everything in the Hellomoto!! Heating elements are in the entire back area, front flaps, and smaller elements in the collar area, so heat is distributed throughout the neck comfortably! I have recommended this to all my friends and will definitely buy as gifts in the future. Only thing I didn’t like was there is no off button on the controls, but it shuts off in two hours and I unplug it if used less. Update: I just read the box and found if you push any one of the buttons on the controller for 3-4 seconds it turns off! The magnetic closer makes getting up and down easier also! There is a belt that can be used around the back if necessary but found I’ve never needed it. It is sufficiently weighted around the shoulder area and bottom edges with what feels like rice or crushed walnut shells (I don’t know what is used but it’s crushed very small). The cord is very long, a terrific bonus! I did a lot of research before deciding on this particular heating pad, hopefully this review saves everyone some time...be well! This company offers a 5 year warranty also!!

I would give it a 5 if the controller has temperature and timer control. It warm up good and it does help with my neck and shoulder pain. Another down side is the controller tend to over heat.
