Q: The title says pasta bowl but the photo and the 9oz capacity makes it look like the tapas bowl, which comes in a set of 8 like this. Which is it?

To me, more like American size tapas bowls

Q: Are these bowls lead free? Where are they made?

They are food grade porcelain—of course they’re lead free.

Q: How many ounces will this bowl hold.?

Word of caution - these are TAPAS bowls - not pasta by my definition - I would say they probably hold 16 fluid oz or two cups. I kept them and bought their actual pasta bowls which hold a great deal more.
