Wonderful Counter-top oven
I bought this oven as a replacement from my previous countertop oven. I know it's odd to say, but I bought it for grilling more than anything else. There was a slight unpleasant odor the first time I used it, but I expected that, and after the oils burned off, it was fine. I was very hesitant about this little oven because I loved the one I had before so much but could no longer find it. It is safe to say I have grown to absolutely love this one as well! We love to grill steaks, and this does the job beautifully. I have added a pic of a steak I cooked in this oven. They come out so juicy and delicious!I have come to use it much more than my kitchen oven because it's just easier! All of the presets are amazing and take a lot of guess work out of what I am doing. The light is very bright and makes everything easy to see, making it almost impossible to burn or overcook what you're cooking.Calling all Sour-dough Bakers! - I am a sour-dough baker, I make all of our bread. I make a brioche that proofs very slowly. One day I decided (I had actually forgotten about this function) to put two loaves (yes! it has the capacity to hold two loaves of bread at a time!!) in on the proofing function. It works perfectly!!! Bread rose in half the time making it such a time saver! Another big thing with sour-dough bakers is the absolute fear of losing your starter. Let me tell you, the dehydrator is AMAZING. I put my sour-dough starter in on the provided baking sheet lined with parchment paper and forget it! I have dehydrated starter for days. FYI - Dehydrated starter ships very easily and makes a GREAT gift. Also, toasting artisan bread and melting shredded cheese on it for a sandwich or just cheese toast is so easy with this, and is something I eat DAILY.I also have very arthritic hands, making it difficult to lift hot, heavy pans out of my big oven. With the oven being at a higher, counter-top level makes it so much easier on me and I am not afraid I am going to drop hot pans/food and make a huge mess or burn myself.I am very proud I bought this little oven. It covers all of my needs perfectly! It was very much worth the money spent!

Very Good Quality and useful for many things
Really Fantastic product. Excellent design and easy to use. The probe works perfectly and makes cooking automatic. Get the parchment paper liners and clean up is a breeze. Also get a stainless tray with removable grid which really comes in handy. Even though it has an amazing number of settings most of them are not really necessary but nice to know they might be useful sometime.

Works well but not intuitive use
I bought this as a gift for my mom. She and my stepdad seem to fidget with it a lot when using it because the control panel is not intuitive. I’ve tried using it when I’m at their house and I really can’t seem to figure it out either. The size of the oven space is pretty good. It offers a lot of features. It isn’t as bulky as the air-fryer oven I personally have.I’m sure using it makes more sense if you actually read the book, but it’s not intuitive without having read instructions.

THIS OVEN HAS ALL MY LOVIN'
So I bought this oven during the winter when the gas company decided to hike prices while raking in record profits. They do it every year, but this year, it was especially bad. After a $300 gas bill without even turning the heat on, I decided to buy this oven to replace my full-size gas oven (yay, solar panels). After buying this, my gas bill was more than cut in half, and now that prices have come back down, it's only $20 / month. This oven literally paid for itself. This was hands-down the best purchase of 2023 so far. Are the controls non-intuitive? Absolutely. I mess up and don't actually start the preheating or don't actually start the timer at least once a week despite having it for a few months now.Is it difficult to clean? Ehhh. I tried baking a cake I normally do in two layers in 3 smaller layers, and the cake pans overflowed all over the heating elements and bottom tray. It turned into birthday pudding. But the baked-on bits of char came right off once the oven had cooled down, and now there's not even the lingering smell of failure.Does it cook food so evenly and efficiently that you'll wonder how you ever cooked before you had it? YOU BET. Having such a small cavity means you use less energy overall compared to a much more voluminous gas oven. When you open the door to put food in, there's always a temperature drop, but a smaller oven reaches cooking temperature again more quickly because there is less air to heat up inside of it.In fact, when baking muffins and cakes, I've actually had to knock about 25F off the cooking temperature (thanks to the fan) and also turn off the top heating element to prevent premature caramelization and burning. OH, did I mention you can control the heating elements independently on a scale from 0 - 100%!?The only downside is that BECAUSE it's a smaller oven, I've had to either buy new pans or accept the fact that I can't use certain cooking methods. Most 12-cup muffin pans won't fit. It's got a maximum clearance of about 14 inches (~35.56 cm) from side to side and a depth (front to back) of about 10 inches (~25.4 cm). The muffin pans with the curved sides won't fit. You need a straight, rectangular one (which you can find right here on Amazon!) I can actually fit my cast iron skillet in there turned diagonally, though just barely, and there isn't enough vertical clearance for a Dutch oven of any size. The bottom line: this oven is quality, and you will not regret purchasing it. Whether you're baking, toasting, roasting, broiling, or just reheating food, everything comes out perfectly.

Good to go
Works well, toasts evenly. Heats pizza evenly. Airfries well.
