During shipping they went from one place to another then back to the first place but finally got them. The vitamin box itself was in rough shape upon opening them and I assumed they were shipped that way since outer package looked fine. And the bottle itself was ok so I guess all is good overall 😃

My eye doctor told me I need to eat more leafy greens. I started taking these vitamins. I did not eat more greens. Later my eye doctor told me keep doing what you are doing. This was the only change I made.
