Ha! I love how my new disco ball snowman turned out! Thanks to a TikTok that showed up in my feed and some encouragement from friends we put this together fairly easily! Disco balls worked great! Can’t wait to put it together again next year!

We have 100+ chickens, 25 or so ducks and 40+ turkeys roaming on 2.5 fenced acres. We were having issues with hawks dive-bombing the flock, looking to score a tasty meal.One thing that hawks do NOT like is flashes of light. Bought a total of 10 of these disco balls and hung them from branches all around the yard. Haven't had a single hawk come by since! I used 80# test braided fishing line and hung them with a 12-15 inch lead. This allows the wind to move them back and forth and also allows for the balls to spin almost constantly. The light beams they throw are really impressive. After a month and a half, none of the mirror tiles have discolored, etched or fallen off.

We bought it for Christmas and New Year's Eve parties, we decorated the living room with this crystal ball and other lights, when the guests arrived they were surprised! The music provided the other ingredient to make the parties a success. Maybe they should sell the complete kit, like the motor and the lamp that lights it up.

I've got this mirror ball attached to a very fine/waxed string---Turn the ball around 8 to 10 times and keep it steady----Release the mirror ball and watch it automatically spin slowly back and forth on it's own----spins for one hour without having a motor to do the work----love the sparkle and shine it creates with a colorful light aiming at it----
