Can this product be used on puppies

Yes just a few drops. This product did work without going to the vets for a prescription. my puppy was born with ear mites on one side.

Where is the date of best before?

It is on the bottom of the bottle. I did not find it on the box. My bottle has an exp. date of 7/15 and I ordered it quite a while ago. I hope this helps
