Great filter! After following the initial instructions, i tested the ph of the water using a electronic ph tester. My tap water ph is 7.7 and after running it through the filter, it showed a ph of 9.8, which is exactly the 2 point increase promised in the manual.I was buying alkaline88 store water at $ 3.50 for 3 liters, and that water also tested at 9.8Very happy with this filter

Water taste great, its large enough that you don't have to constantly add water BUT it has one glaring issue, when pouring they didn't make the passage way large enough so the pitcher gulps as you're pouring.

I must say that the pitcher looks stunning. I really like that blue color. The PH was raised from 7.63 to 9.34 from tap water so that was great. I have a problem right now with the water. There is a film around the bottom of the pitcher that makes the water look grey. I used the water to make and drink a whole pot of coffee. I ran my fingers around it and it feels like sand??? and my throat has been bothering me today. I have only had it for 45 days and no one uses it but me. I noticed this yesterday. What could be causing that?

I've given this product a few weeks before writing a review in hopes that the issue would get better, but it hasn't.I bought this along with some ph strips to try and get my insides a little more alkaline.The good news, the ph strips show that the water is a little more alkaline than straight out of the tap.The bad news, there are icky little flakes at the bottom of every glass and the pitcher itself leaks if you fill it above the line of the handle. I've been using it nearly daily for about three weeks, followed the manufacturers instructions, and I'm still getting sediment. Also, when you go to refill, if you fill above the handle, the water flows into, and down the spout of the handle, creating a mess everywhere.I wish it worked. I wanted it to work. But, sadly, I'm going to have to let it go.

the digital indicator to replace the filter cartridge is not working.

So far so good. This water pitcher give water a fresh clean crisp taste. Great product for healthy alkaline water! Which you can't find in stores like Wal-Mart or Targets.

Works well, water taste better but the lid will not fit tight and it sometimes the water does not fill into the pitcher but just stays in the top
