Very surprised to find Glucose Syrup and Maltodextrin listed on the bottle. These ingredients not flagged up on the Amazon listing. What’s Glucose syrup doing in a Keto supplement? I did try and ask them but have been ignored so far. So for the time being I won’t be taking any more.

I'm taking this supplement for a 10 days now and I definitely can feel the difference. My energy level grown up and I start to feel less tired. I found that this product is one from 10 BEST KETO SUPPLEMENTS - JAN 2021. To see more results need to use it for more long time, but from what i already can see-it works. Good help to put your body into a state of ketosis. The pills are easy to swallow, but they have a little bit of vinegar smell, maybe it will disturb someone.

Great product easy to take and really helping with my keto diet. I feel like I have so much more energy and the weight is starting to fall off. Had a bit of a headache the first week but that was probably the diet and not the tablets. Not sure if it’s the right diet though as although you lose weight it is impossible to stay on it long time as you are not eating a balanced diet and relying on fat for energy which puts a lot of strain on your kidneys and liver. Please consult your doctor before starting your diet. Once weight is lost it’s down to you to keep the weight off by eating sensibly as most people tend to put back on more weight than they started with.It’s a very strict diet and probably an easier way to lose weight is to cut portion sizes down and just have a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Worth giving a go though if you want to kickstart your body into losing weight and get the extra energy with these tablets to help you start exercising.

This product is really good , I have tried another keto before with no effect at all.As is consist B12 and that what I was I needed mostly. I can feel the difference already after a week of takin it. Would recommend it for anyone who needs a bit of an energy and good sleep quality (b12 helps neurological system to settle if there is deficient of b12).

I have been taking these pills for over 2 weeks and have lost over a stone.I do 30 minutes of walking on a manual treadmill with an incline and 200 reps of weights every night and have replaced all major carbs with Cheetos flaming hot and skinny whip bars as a they are low carbs for the cravings and it seems to be working.These have given me more energy and I don’t feel as tired and lethargic anymore.I couldn’t stand the taste of apple cider vinegar so these are amazing in pill form.

I was 10 1/2 stone within three weeks I am now 9.12 stone my stomach is shrinking . The taste of vinegar in your mouth is little consolation as it is working .
