I love the red handled Victorinox knives. I was happy to see this one listed. However, I was buying the picture of the Bread Knife and not the Carving Knife as was written. Will keep the knife. Just another lesson to slow down and read. However, seller, it would be nice to show the right picture.

Buon prezzo, lama efficacie, ottima impugnatura. Taglia bene, è maneggevole e leggero, infatti non stanca anche dopo un uso prolungato. La lama taglia bene e si affila facilmente, il materiale del manico fa sia che non scivoli neanche usandolo con mani bagnate o unte. Come diversi altri coltelli Victorinox della stessa linea il manico è prodotto in vari colori differenti così da facilitarne l'identificazione veloce nel cassetto (ad esempio sempre della linea Victorinox Fibrox io ho: manico verde - chef / giallo - pane / nero - disosso / etc.). Esteticamente non raffinato come coltelli più costosi e di materiali più pregiati, ma comodo ed efficace da usare, facile da lavare e durevole.
