Will fit 2.5" tires (Maxxis Hookworms in this example)
I suspect that the front fender could fit around pretty much any lower fork stanchion and strap onto any fork arch. However, it's pretty much road going tire specific. Mountain bike tires would probably rub these fenders. For sure they would pick up rocks and pinch them between the tire and fender. Not sure these would hold out very long in that situation.Getting them to fit takes some effort. I probably looked at everything for a couple hours before I figured out what needed modified. The front was pretty easy and I just swapped the lower hardware inward on both sides. Helped with keeping a centered alignment to the tire. The wired the tire the more work it takes to keep these from rubbing. The rubber holds seem alright enough. I would rather a P-clamp or something a bit more robust but it's made to a price point. Still pretty good hardware for a universal kit.The rear took much more time to get right. I did modify the rear arch hold as I didn't have enough frame clearance on this frame. This is a mountain bike frame and built around being a pretty aggressive one. I'd be more commuter style bikes have ample room for this mount design. I used a rotary tool and trimmed the area where the feet rotate. This allowed me to rotate the feet 180 degrees backwards so I could use without being under the rear triangle bridge.Getting the lower section attached was pretty simple and worked similar to the fronts. The mounting provisions are small and I think I did reverse them as well. It will all depend on your frame geometry. I have been riding this for almost 100miles now and I'm pretty aggressive. I hop curbs, roll stairs and go off road a decent amount and they are still holding fine.Issues:-The front fender puts a ton of dust and dirt onto the fork lowers near the seals.-The plastic it's made out of feels alright. Not brittle and not too flexible. Although I don't know how it would be in below freezing temps. I will find out more this winter.-Mounting hardware could be made a bit more robust or offer higher end options? This is more a request really.Overall impressed to find something off-the-shelf that works. I think this job requires a bit of tooling and understanding of how the system was made to work. Then do your best to modify it simply. It's easy to overthink this. SKS makes pretty solid stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product they manufacture.

Not English
For what it’s worth, the fenders themselves are pretty flexible sturdy and I found them to fit my electric bike just fine. They have held up pretty well and they have kept me dry during rainy days or when riding through puddles having said that you’re gonna have to rely heavily on pictures because the instructions are not in English. They are in another language.

Great fenders for 27.5 - 29" mountain bike
My wife has a new Trek Marlin 5 mountain bike with 27.5" wheels. She has no desire to do rough mountain bike riding - it is more for relatively gentle off road trails. And she has no desire to return home splattered and caked in mud. My local bike shop put on a Muckynutz front mud guard and a SKS X3 Xtra-dry on the back, explaining that most mountain bike riders don't mind a little spray, and the play in the front shocks doesn't allow for a fixed fender. But the "usual solution" left my wife unwilling to ride on muddy trails, and that limited her riding, especially in the spring and fall. Well, this SKS Veloflex has a brilliant design, allowing maximum flexibility in mounting it on a mountain bike. And it works as a full fender set keeping 99% of the spray off her. It is easy to remove or put back on to change a tire. The "directions" could be better, but the design is so simple it is easy to figure out. Just a brilliant design.
