YUTIA Cotton Linen Decorative Throw Pillow Covers 18" x 18" Owl with Glasses

I got the feather design for my pillow cover. This listing is for just the pillow case, not for a full complete pillow, so you will need to either find a pillow or stuffing to put in it to make it functional. The image seems to be printed well onto the case. It is more of a print and not an iron on which is good so that it will not peel off with use. The colors are decently vibrant and you can see the pillow case texture through the image.I love that there is a hidden zipper for opening and closing the pillow case which makes it very easy to use and does not affect the look of the pillow. The listing says that you can wash it, but there are no details about any limitations or settings needed, so I am hoping that it will not have any issues when washed. The fabric itself says cotton linen which makes me think of something soft but the fabric is pretty rough. It reminds me of burlap. I purchased the Owl With Glasses YUTIA cotton linen decorative 18x18 throw pillow cover. This pillow looked very cute online so I decided to take a chance on it as I needed a throw pillow for my tv room. The cover I received looked a little different than online but it actually worked out better for me. The colors I received actually matched my room perfectly as it had more green and yellow in it. The picture online was orange and more of a darker brown. The material is almost like burlap but not rough at all and is exactly 18 x 18 inches. I purchased a cheap filler cushion for seven dollars at Joann Fabrics and it fit perfectly inside. The stitching on the zipper is perfect and the stitching is on the inside of the pillow so you do not see any seams. I like that this was just a cover as you can purchase several and change the covers to get a different look to the room throughout the year. I have not washed it but it does look like it will wash well. I thought that the cotton linen decorative throw pillow was softer than I was expecting. Since the cotton linen looked like burlap from the photos, I thought it would be a bit rough. However, the material wasn't rough. The zipper stopped about an inch from either side of the pillow cover. I thought it was a bit odd. To get the pillow into the pillow cover, it was a bit tough because of the way that the zipper was. I think it might have been better if the zipper went from end to end on one side of the pillow cover. The print wasn't as vibrant as I was expecting it to be. Therefore, for individuals looking for a vintage pillow cover, they will probably like it better. The zipper worked well. There was a loose thread on the inside and the zipper caught on it once, but I trimmed it, and after that the zipper was fine. The zipper was hidden and I liked that. I really like this pillow case cover. It has a good feel too it and the design is also nice. Sadly, I measured my pillows incorrectly and they were just a little bit too big to fit this cover. I will be going to the store and purchasing new pillows to feel these covers. The designs are cute, nothing too formal but they look great in a casual setting. If you are in need of some nice artwork on your pillows and one of these fits your style then you should definitely purchase it! I went with the octopus pillow cover and I do not regret my choice at all. I really love this pillowcase. It is a lot better made and sturdier than I expected and very attractive. The screenprint is perfect with no smudges or light areas. I do not currently have a pillow that is the right size but I was thinking about just whipping one up out of some cotton batting and spare material to go inside of this. It seems to be made out of a burlap/flour sack type of material but it's not TOO scratchy, just a little rough. I'm not sure if you would want it on a bed or anything, I would say just decoration . For the price, I would say this is a great deal and is of impressive quality. I will be looking into the other designs for a gift for my friend and maybe something to go with this pillow.I ordered this pillowcase at a discount in return for reviewing it.

This is a pretty nice pillow cover by Yutia made of a cotton linen material. It is a nice quality cover and has the look of like a fine woven burlap, I love the colors on the printing, they are great colors and of good quality The pillow cover fits your standard size throw pillow. The zipper, which runs the along one side of the pillow is hidden under the fabric, its pretty close to invisible. It doesn't snag or get caught on anything. I happy with this purchase, when I ordered it I thought it was going to be stiff or itchy feeling.
