This mask is simple to operate and comfortable of excellent quality.My face is very acne-prone, so I try to use the blue light and the green light on my face to help reduce and treat blemishes. I have only used it a few times so far, but I am loving the results. For the price, this mask is great, I love it and I know you will love it too :)

This mask looked promising enough but it is so poorly made that it snapped before I had a chance to see any benefit or result. See attached photo for the way it broke. The pieces meant to rest behind your ears are flimsy and sharp. They feel about the same quality as the 3D glasses you get at the cinema. Like it was not meant to be used beyond a day and then TRASH!

Daft Punk may have recently called it quits, but you can have your own rave up right in your very own home. Crank up the tunes, select the preferred color on your mask, put it in place and become a raving beauty. Great for a relaxing spa day at home, or a gettogether with a few friends who each have their own mask for a little girls spa day in, so to speak. So easy to use. A little bit like an afternoon on the beach, but with safer light. Use with your favorite skincare products, though do be careful about using any that may cause some sort of photosensitivity. That also means to be extra careful if you are taking any medications that might cause photosensitivity. You may want to check with your doctor if not sure. A small manual comes with the mask explaining the benefits of each of the 7 color options. There are already sunglasses built into the mask, but you may use your own cloth eye band if you choose. Comes with its own USB cable for recharging and works independently from the cable once charged. Easy switching between colors, as well as on and off.The mask will turn off by itself after so many minutes, but I like to set my own timer on my phone for more exacting settings, as well as tweaking my time by just a few minutes either way, depending on my needs and such. I would highly suggest that when you start using this light mask, that you start with lower light levels, as well as getting use to what specific skincare products work best for you while using this mask. Some products will work well with this while others could increase your activity, especially if you have sensitive skin or have a lighter complexion. For the most part, this mask is very safe to use for most people. It's just always good to note and be aware of a few things for those who might need to take a few precautions.The only thing that I do not like all that much about this mask is that I find the attached light protection glasses to be a bit uncomfortable where they sit along the bridge of the nose. The pressure is a bit much and just don't fit my nose quite right. It's not all that bad and the mask is only on for about 10 minutes or so, so it's not really that big of a problem. Most importantly, I love the results, and so does my skin. Often I'll have a little tinge of reddishness for maybe 20 minutes or so, but that goes away soon enough. That's always a good sign to me because I then know that something good is happening to my skin. My skin has always loved just enough sunlight to start giving it a little color. This does so without any of the dangers of being out in the sun.A really nice mask to help encourage healthy and attractive skin.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! Scam and doesn’t work, very cheap and I have used multiple LED masks and this is by far the worst/cheapest product. Also, no refund policy, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Although at the time I am writing, this Project E Beauty Lumamask does not have FDA clearance, and at this price the manufacturers probably don't intend to apply for it, the technology is legit. You get real LED lights at the proper wavelengths to deliver real results in a number of different areas (wrinkles, acne, wound healing). The one wavelength that would be even more helpful would be near infrared, but that's not really expected at this relatively low price. Similar masks cost $350 and more. While this mask has only 36 lights and more would be better, it is okay and can be effective given enough treatments and enough time. Unfortunately, the sunglasses on the interior of the mask are very nearly a deal breaker for me, they're that uncomfortable. They blur my vision too, so they may as well not be there. The mask also sits too far off my skin to provide the light intensity that would speed up the therapeutic processes. Overall, I don't think this is as good as some of Lumamask's earlier models. But it's an okay entry level tool if you're interested in pursuing the very exciting science of skin healing via LED colored lights.
