Premium Stainless Steel Electric Wine Opener Corkscrew, Electric Wine Preserver / Vacuum, and Pourer Set

I bought this as a gift for my Father's birthday. They have had many electric wine openers but they always seemed to stop working. So far this has been perfect - it looks great, it is study and not flimsy and looks like a high-quality item. Besides the excellent electric opener, their favorite part is the sealer. It corks a partially opened bottle securely. This was a great gift and was very well received. Everyone is very happy with the purchase and I would definitely recommend it!

This has been lasting well; I have been using it regularly for over a year now.It is a delight to open wines, makes it so easy, although sometimes must hold the bottle from rotating.I do leave mine charging continually, though, because of having to extract a cork when it ran out of juice.I have given it as a gift to my brother, who also likes it a lot.

This is a good looking set. I don't use all parts of it so it is probably overkill for me but I think for those who will indulge it will work great. Only one small complaint and that is that the metal on the bottom of the opener comes off frequently which then disqualifies it from charging again until you find it and put it back. Customer service was great in dealing with my issues.

Great product! Really like the design and look and it works like a charm. The opener worked perfectly out of the box. The sealer needed to be charged, but did a great job preserving for our wine. The preserver vacuum does make a squeaky noise if not on the bottle, but I think that was user error on my part. It doesn't squeak when on the bottle as intended.

Opener works like a charm. Love,Love it! However, the sealer literally came with multiple tiny screws clanking around the clear sealer base... As if the poor Chinese worker assembling this thing had finally had enough of their tiny screw driver. The base of the sealer comes off in my hand when I'm trying to seal a bottle of wine. I would love to contact the seller but am not seeing how to email them. In the meantime, I'm leaving just two stars because I cannot give a product where just half of it works an average (3-star) rating.

The opener was much better than the old Oster I used for 4 or 5 years. The sealer was dead on arrival and I got a replacement. However, the sealer is largely ineffective. It auto stops too soon and even after using it 3 times, the bottle can be opened without a sound. On the other hand, manual lump with 4 or 5 pumps I have opens the bottle with a huge pop several days later. 5 stars for the opener. 0 for sealer. 5 stars for the response to complaint.Update 10/4/2016Returned the item. It is a very nice looking, easy to use, edition to our bar! We love it. We saw it at our friends house and took a pic of it....so we bought one. The 1st one didn't charge well, so we returned it. Seller literally shipped our replacement immediately, then we returned the "defective" one. Nothing manufactured can be 100% every time. We highly recommend Seller and Product.

Looks really nice sitting on the counter. Popped the cork with ease.The vacuum pump wouldn’t work the second time I used it to seal a bottle even though the pump had been in the charger base and the blue light was on.I contacted to company and received an immediate reply. I was asked to check the off/on button. No problem with the switch. Although I only expected a replacement vacuum pump, the company shipped an entire new set.Great customer service and after sale warranty service.
