As an ornament is fine, but spoons are far too small even for stirring, they are not much bigger than spoons used for a small doll and to be honest, dolls spoons are probably much bigger than these.My own fault for not reading dimensions properly, but I wouldn't recommend these at all for deserts or for stirring. Put it this way, my 4 and 5 year old would struggle to eat with these. Pretty item but not fit for much else in my opinion and I love tea yet could not stir with these without the spoon getting lost in the cup and my fingers full of tea dishing them out as the handles are very short also.Double check dimensions before purchasing to check they can be used for what you want them for is my advice.
