Q: Anyone else receive there cologne that the black top came off and was not the actual sprayer, and the color of it was a dark blue, not purple??

I have purchased this for my son a few times and the color is always a dark blue. Also the black top is to COVER the sprayer so you don't accidentally spray it. He has never mentioned any problems with it and it is one of his favorite fragrances.

It's both. A cap works as a dispenser. Nice cologne. I love it.
