Q: Does it show on dark hair?

No :( maybe when the sun hits it it'll show up a bit

Q: Does it bleed like manic panic?

Not too bad. Maybe after you first apply it. I definitely wouldn’t sleep with a white pillow case. I prefer Arctic fox though. It lasts longer and smells better. The Chromasilk I found my self reapplying way too often. It fades really quickly
