I bought this a few months ago and just recently bought another one for my boyfriend.I like listening to affirmations as I drift off to sleep and this is EVERYTHING.It is comfortable so you don’t feel like something is digging in your face.I was wondering how the speaker situation worked but they are mini speakers.Straps are adjustable - unless you have a really tiny head!Ofcourse you can charge it. I charge once every two days and I have it playing atleast all through the night (8-10hours) definitely recommend. 10/10!
