Eco friendly bamboo clothes Airer. It does need to be put together but is fairly easy. I had one which spit when i screwed it in and when I called I was instantly sent a new part within 2 days. very good service

Do not recommend, broke during assembling and couldn’t complete putting it together! Requested a refund, took a while to go back and forward on that, finally approved. Took to post office with a ‘pre paid’ return label but didn’t work at post office. Contacted seller, they just told me that it should and to take it back to post office as they are just trying to get money out of me. The post office still could not accept the label. Ended up having to pay £9.99 postage to get back to seller for a refund! The box is quite heavy and being heavily pregnant myself a third trip to the post office was not an option. So had to pay the fee. Contacted seller to let them know it was on its way and to ask for refund of postage fee, only to be told no and that it was crazy for me to have paid £9.99 postage for an item that cost £29.99! Charming! But hands were tied and that I had no other option... They didn’t want to help with a different label and post office wouldn’t accept! Do not recommend this product or experience!

Not as strong as I would like

I sent this back and asked for a refund. Note this is self-assembly which took a long time to put together. It didn’t fold down properly so not easy to store. I followed the instructions exactly but clearly something went wrong! Excellent quality bamboo and finish. It’s pot luck if you get the assembly part right!

While assembling this 2 of the rungs split at the ends as I inserted the screws. The screws were not even fully tightened down to do this, in fact one split as soon as the screw entered the rung. The ominous creaking when folding/unfolding suggests that the rungs are likely to do the same just putting the thing up. Further to that, if it cannot even be put together without breaking then there is no conceivable universe in which this would be able to support wet laundry. Utter rubbish! Avoid like the plague.

Very easy to put together, easy to move around, is sturdy as holds heavy work wear and easy to fold away after ues.

I liked that it was sturdy

Too complicated to put together I could not do this so returned it can’t comment on anything else
