Pet Cat Litter Scoop -Solid Aluminum Alloy -Sifter Deep Shovel

I’m not sure what they’re trying to tell me when they state it’s a “Stainless Steel Aluminum Alloy” but those teo metals are not the best two to mix because they should corrode when put together. This is a decent scoop but very lightweight and the metal extends only a few inches into the handle so if you prefer to keep your hand at the end and well away from what you’re scooping it bends and you can’t get a lot of leverage. We went with metal because we have a few acres and have added some large outdoor litter boxes filled with sand. The boxes are just some 2x6 boards screwed together to make the largest one about 3x6-feet and having them go outside (all six of them) makes it much more pleasant inside. Several cats use them all year so even with snow the digging & covering is easy for them and I guess they like a reason to go out. The sun destroys the plastic ones because we do leave them outside but we’ll see how long this one lasts but it seems to be fine based on the price. We also have six litter boxes in the house so there’s a lot of clump scooping experience over the years with many variations in the scoop itself. I’d say this one is OK for interior use and there’s nothing special about it that makes it any better than other metal ones we’ve used but the flexible handle is not the best. However, for our outdoor boxes (the reason we purchased this one) it’s a super duper pooper scooper that picks up so much the forearm actually gets sore doing so. The handle does give a bit but that seems to be helpful and limits me trying to pick up too much.

Really good litter scoop. I've broken dozens of cheap plastic scoops over the years and that can't happen with this one.My cat has a habit of relieving himself in a corner of the box which makes getting up the giant clump pretty tuff. With this scoop I just pushed down the wall and pulled back on the handle. It's more shovel than scoop and it's great.I left off a star because of the big holes in the scoop. It breaks up the urine clumps a little more than the small slits of a plastic scoop. It may be my litter or my cats unique...you know.Solid scoop though. It makes scooping much easier.

If you can love a cat litter scoop lol then I love this one! My cat has to have an extra large litter box and LOTS of litter because she likes to bury her excrement DEEP! This is the ONLY litter scoop I have found that can lift the whole clump of litter from that depth without the clump falling apart. This saves me a lot of time because I don't have to stand bent over the litter box searching out and picking up the little pieces!I liked this Litter Scoop so much I sent one to my daughter. The worst part is she thought it was a wonderful gift! Rofl.

What a difference between this and a plastic scoop. I have one furkid that loves to dig to China to bury his daily gifts and this scoop gets down and under perfectly, whereas the plastic scoop didn't have enough oomph to do the job, I had to dig down and if I came across a clump it broke it apart. Loved it so much that I bought more for my other litter boxes.

I have two VERY large, high-output cats. This scoop is nice and strong and the sieve part is fine enough to get all the tiny bits of clumped litter out. I really couldn't ask for a finer product, unless it had a glittery purple handle and a matching caddy to store it in.

Been using this scooper for about a month now. It is sturdy and not too heavy. Not going to use a plastic one again!
