I actually found this on the Amazon scrabble website (Q&A). "If you received the game board and it was missing tiles, there is no need to buy them. The manufacturer can send the missing tiles to you at no cost to you. The manual that came with the item provides contact information for the manufacturer - both phone and email support - for just such a request. If you cannot locate your manual, visit the manufacturer's website by searching the web for WS Game Company and then go to Contact." Maybe they can help with the strips as well.

Q: We lost the marker that came with the set and cannot wipe off the writing. Any suggestions? I’ve tried wet and dry paper towel but it’s not working!

try using another dry erase marker and write over the writing on the board and it should erase then. I stopped writing directly on the board because I didn't want it to look bad from it not erasing so well. Instead, I gently tape a sheet of paper to the board area to keep score.
