I used to wake up several times in the night. Now, I spray this product in the bottom of my feet and my kids feet every night. It's very helpful with staying asleep. I don't use it for sore muscles but only for sleep.

I love this stuff. I have restless legs and this stuff is wonderful. I use it every time I shower. If I forget I feel it.

Maybe it’s just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but I’m able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent.I’d recommend giving it a try.

Be cautious if you- like me- have sensitive skin.This product made my skin itch like crazy.I've used the Magnesium lotion with great results, I was surprised by the itching with this one.

I used this on my mom's knee as she fell on it and the area is well bruised on the inside. Once I used it on her, she said it was pulling her muscles inside. It stopped and she slowly fell asleep. I will try this on my back as well. A friend recommend this to me and I am glad she did. This product works well on sore muscles.

We have tried to use it on our backs or to calm kids for sleep, and my husband is a painter, so I thought naturally this would be great for him to rest and relax his muscles. It feel like it’s burning. I tried to request a refund. That’s not possible so I threw it away. I think it needs a base… distilled water, coconut oil maybe?Doesn’t work for all 4 of us. Same painful reaction.

I've tried a lot of products/methods of falling asleep and this one is the best I've tried so far. It is quick and easy to apply to the soles of the feet and works nearly instantly if you use six sprays per foot and then rub in it (I just rub my feet together). I do this right before getting into bed. Works like a charm.
