These work perfectly. On at dusk and off at dawn. Very bright light. I am using them in my outside yard lights and they are great.

I love these bulbs because you just need the bulb to have outdoor lights to come home too without electrical wiring or special device. I ordered the day light and they are very bright, work well and are a great value for the money. Don't want to live without them now.

Well i have had this for a few week now and on my previous comment i was super negative but as it stand out i left the switch on like the instructions said but I guess it needed time to do its thing not sure what but now it comes on when it’s starts to get dark and turn off on its own. Like I said maybe it just needed to charge or whatever it needed but so far works perfect and now i have the brightest house on the block as it’s super bright.I waited to see if the lights will turn on by itself and still nothing. It’s super dark where I stay and lights aren’t coming on. I have to still flip the switch. Will be returning it for an actual smart bulb. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I bought the six pack of bulbs since we have four exterior lights that needed to be replaced. I must say that I am very impressed! These bulbs operate exactly as described by the manufacturer. Very bright, blue-white light (I would have guessed 100W equivalent instead of the 75W claimed). On-off works perfectly at dusk-dawn (altho I did have one bulb that wouldn't switch off). Note that the on-off sensor sensitivity is not adjustable so be patient on the first day as you watch for them to turn on at dusk and then turn off at dawn. I love the thought of being able to go on a trip and not have that 'discussion' with the War Department as to whether we should leave the exterior lights on or off during the trip. I should also note that there is no controlling phone app, no RGB, no strobe effects, no Alexa/microphones/speakers, no camera, no motion-sensors, no internet connection, or any other whizz-bang goofiness.They simply do what they claim to do and they do it very well.

For a few years now I have been using Switchmate adapters to turn on/off my porch and driveway lights at night. The company no longer supports this device and they run through batteries like crazy so they have been hit or miss over the years, not to mention look ugly on the switches. I saw these bulbs online which had great reviews and a great price so figured I would give them a shot and am glad I did. These things are great, they all turn on and off at the same time, and at the right times, right before dusk and right at dawn. Not sure about the longevity yet since they are now on every night for several hours but if I had to replace them every 6 months or a year to me it's worth it for the price. Perfect brightness for these areas as well.
