Q: Would this wok to take a foil pan of lasagna out of the oven?

For a start it is a Peel not a Wok. It is very sturdy so the weight of the lasagna would not present a problem. If you use it to place in the oven then the reverse procedure would work too. As others state, also depends on the size of the lasagna tray but with a strong enough foil tray and ability to balance it, why not.

Q: How do you keep the uncooked pizza from sticking to the peel?

My pizza stuck to this peel also. I use parchment paper, but even the little bit of moisture that the parchment paper absorbed from the pizza dough was enough for it to become very difficult to slide the pizza off the peel and into the oven. I returned mine and got a lighter aluminum one that had a bunch of little divots that prevent the pizza from sticking. It's a much better peel than this one.

Q: Does the 13" wide one work well with the Ooni 12" Karu?
