Has anyone used this for cooking eggs? I know there is a smaller item just for cooking eggs but it only holds one or two eggs. This do ok?

Yes but spray with no stick or butter, or the eggs stick to the sides and make it hard to clean. Cook about a minute then stir eggs and cook again. Using 3 eggs, I cook one minute, stir then cook about 35 seconds more and then let sit for a minute.

Just cooked salmon. Great. Moist & flaky. Used Paul Prudhomme salmon spice. Don't remember where I got it. Be careful to not overcook. Same advice I'd give you on a grill. It was cooked before the skin got crisp. If that's something you want, you'll have to peel it off and leave it in an extra couple minutes.
