Cuban Cocktails: 100 Classic and Modern Drinks - A Cocktail Book

I enjoy craft cocktails, but I personally feel the movement has reached the decadent stage - too too much. This book, while a bit stilted in style, provides counterbalance. Good stories, enjoyable recipes in the traditional vein. I have spent several evenings building a cocktail from different recipe each night, without undue fuss, and each was a pleasant adventure. A very welcome addition to a pretty comprehensive cocktail library.

My only complaint is that some of the ingredients I've never heard of. Other than that, I enjoyed the book's history of Cuban drinks and read it right along with the recipes. The Paloma is my new go-to.

Really cool book that goes through not just drinks but Cuban history as well. Great coffee table book. The only reason this did not get 5 stars is that it has a bunch of drinks that are definitely NOT Cuban.

Very Interesting. Easy recipes to understand with brand names given and outline of glass to use. Good pictures. Not the usual drinks, of course. Fun to try.Great book to add to drinks library. Would make a special gift to anyone who wants to learn how to make different drinks.

Great book with fun cocktails

Beautifully done book which I now display on my bar. Lots of Cuban history and great photos.I've already mixed a few of the cocktails and I aim to mix them all.

Have enjoyed many a recipe from this book since the day we received it.
