The reason I give this product a low rating is the ad does not show that, to get a full 1000mg. (1g) of Cinnamon, you have to take 2 capsules not 1 to get the full amount.

I have been using Cinnamon to help control my blood sugar for a while. It needs to be made from Ceylon Cinnamon to help with blood sugar and this is also organic.

Recommended to use for help with pre-diabetic blood sugar regulation. Fasting blood glucose very close to normal range with use.
