Better than Gatorade
This stuff hydrates me quickly and tastes good. If I have a migraine from heat/hiking, one of these packs does the trick. Trying to rehydrate by quickly drinking an entire bottle of a sports drink makes me feel bloated and full. This is a much better way in my opinion.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!
False advertising, ad states "Sqwincher Fast Pack Liquid Concentrate, Tropical Cooler, .6 fl oz (4 Packs of 50)", per the info I should have received 4 packs of 50 which equals 200, I received 50 packs for quadruple the amount than other sites for the same product. Do not buy from this supplier, it is a RIP off!! Plus one pack was open and made a mess, they were all stuck together!! False advertising and damaged when received!!
