Alcohol free so my 3 year old can take it straight!!!! He likes it and he's getting good stuff into him when he has a cold. I even use it when he has a tummy ache because it has ginger in it 👍

It works great but like all herbs
We live in a high allergy area in the fall and winter months so sinus infections happen. At the first sign of allergy congestion i give it to my 3 year old 4-5 times a day to keep sinus infections at bay. Usually after 2-3 days shes clear again. It works great but like all herbs, you have to take it consistently and give your body a few days to work with them and heal itself. Not a quick fix but it works and its not a pharmaceutical which I like. It seems to help boosts thebody's ability to heal itself and calms the response to seasonal allergies.
