Wrong Cord.
The cord did not fit. It must have been american? Luckily I used an old one from here. There doesn't seem to be a program button to program songs.

Beanstdandung

Super Sound Small Box
I am by nature and impatient so and so. Not least because I find instructions hard to read, so I am always hoping that I can use things straight out of the box. Well done Sony, you scored good on that front. Easy to unpack, even though it was well packaged. On my table, and I'm listening to Heart 70s on DAB+ in less than 3 minutes. Clear labels on buttons helped. Also not too many presses to find my favourite station. I will just add, if you have eyesight problems, like I do, some of the buttons are a bit small so might be a fiddle. Thankfully, years of coping with minor things like this has helped. The CD/USB/DAB+/FM boom box is neat and pleasant to look at. Controls are all easy to access and as said clearly labelled. CD is top loading and the USB port is on the front, which aids access. The LCD display is reasonably clear and whilst nit big, is not too small either. I have seen worse. Tuning to Heart 70s only took presses of two buttons after power on. Actual tuning required multiple presses of the + tuning button. And that's the first little gripe. The LCD display doesn't seem to follow or respond to your press so doesn't change until you stop pressing to see what station you are on. That's a bit of a bind as it makes tuning a but of guesswork. Playing a CD is a case of popping disc in top, waiting for it to read data, and press the big play button. Similar for USB, though obviously you will have to scroll through to find folder or album you want yo play. Sound is acceptable for the 2 x 2 watt speakers. Not too distorted at higher volumes. I think the title boomnox may be stretching it a bit though. But I am not best placed to judge quality a I wear hearing aids. All in all, this is not a bad little audio system. Sony are a good brand so hopefully you will not ho wrong with this. Enjoy.

Easy to use and good sound
Like This product , not had a lot of time to play with it , but in this age of Alexa and ipods , I still have a load of CD's that I am attached to , I wanted a smallish , light and simple CD player to take out to the chimenea , in the home gym or where ever I end up , with decent sound and takes batteries , This unit fits the bill perfectly , straight out of the box its easy to use , sounds good and is as loud as you need it to be ( not sure I would use it as the sole source at a party ) it doesn't have a lot of bells and whiles - however that is ideal for my use .
