I ordered two of these as Christmas presents, on did not come with charger and the other was charged for 2 hours and still would not turn on, i am past the time to send back due to buying in advance for Christmas. DO NOT PURCHASE

Easy to use, comfortable

The main reason I bought this was to track my sleep, unfortunately it doesn't work properly for that, I was in my bed for 4hrs in total, probably slept for about 3 and a half hrs, the watch told me I'd slept for 7hrs and that 3 and a half hrs of that was deep sleep, the rest of the *sleep* was divided into REM (me getting up, making a cup of tea and using the loo) and light sleep (me sitting on the sofa watching tv). The step tracker is not acurate while in the house, it reads 11 steps for every 40 steps I take but outdoors the step tracker is more accurate, outdoors the map stops working but indoors the map tells me I've gone all over my street while I'm just walking to the kitchen, up the stairs and to the loo. I haven't given permissions through the app for it to do anything other than track my sleep, heart rate, steps and blood pressure so I can't comment on anything else. Overall I'd say it's not too bad especially for the price, if you want medical grade results you would obviously have to pay more but if you just want a general idea of whats going on with your health it's ok. It did come in terrible packaging but it was still intact. The instruction booklet is hard to read because of the tiny print but as long as you download the app it's not difficult to figure out.

I bought this for my son who had wanted a fitness tracker for so long.The screen glitched and turned off less than 24hrs after he put it on.I couldn't even return it as the battery meant I wasn't able to ship abroad through local postal system.Such a waste of money.

Bought as a present- box arrived not in the best condition- so can’t give a present now as looks naff x

Fantastic product

I got this for my lil girl so I could track her heart rate and BMI (she recently started having seizures) however after the 3rd charge it just wouldn't turn on.While it was working it was ok, only issue was data would just reset if you wasn't able to stay near your phone for syncing so that was also annoying.Really annoying that it just stopped working so quickly but it was cheap and I didn't want to invest in an expensive one until I was sure lil one would actually keep it on

It arrived the app didn't work. My son tried to use it as just a watch but it cracked straight away. Literally brought and put in the bin 2 days later
