HappyCare Textiles Pet Cave and Round Pet Bed for Cats and Small Dogs, 25 by 4", Red

Our 8 lb chihuahua mix Bean loves his new bed! It took him a couple days to get the hang of it, but now he'll crawl in it when we're chilling because it's so soft and cozy. Seriously, I wish they had an adult human sized version! I got the bed with the plastic hoop at the opening which definitely helps him get inside. I will be washing the bed soon, and will report back with how it handles that. I love that the cover is removable! The only complaint I have, and for us it isn't an issue yet, is that the bed portion could use more stuffing. He is only 8 lbs and it seems like he stuffing has already compressed a bit. I would think a heavier dog wouldn't be as comfortable, but I could be wrong... maybe a bigger dog couldn't fit inside with more stuffing. Eventually I'll add more stuffing and probably a layer of foam inside the cover to make it even cozier! Overall, Bean and I are extremely pleased.Update 1/16/17Bean still loves his bed. He often eschews cuddling with us so he can snuggle in his cozy cave. I've washed it a few times and the white Sherpa type material has become slightly matted and the grippy dots on the bottom fall off. Bummer.

My dog doesn't really like it because he rolls off it. He's a wiener dog. But i thought overall it's a pretty good product. The bed wears down really fast and the hoop doesn't actually prop it open that much. Maybe not the bed for my dog but it's still pretty nice.

As indicated by other reviews, the canopy does not stay open. I stuffed rolled up blankets in the back of the item, and it works fairly well. Thank goodness the doggie who sleeps in it is very small so she still fits even with the blankets stuffed in. Needs a support at the back as well as the front.

This bed is well made and would be 5 stars but the metal tube above the thing is a joke.

My dog loves this bed! I am so happy with it. Great quality for the price! BTW our dog is about 15lbs. It's just right for him, if your dog is much bigger this bed may be too small.

My miniature schnauzer loves this bed! He snuggles right in and has room to spare. The other dogs & cat like it too, out of 6 beds throughout the house this is everyone's favorite.

My dog absolutely loves this! I was honestly expecting it to be a lot smaller and not as plush. To my surprise, this bed is plenty big for my dog and super soft!
