Save your back! Get this chair.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this chair. My posture is better. My back and neck, do not hurt like they used to. I don't need all the cushions. It's amazing. I have my old chair close by, just in case, but it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't touched that chair once. Sometimes my shins will feel like I want to reposition, but I feel like that happens in any chair. It's not enough to make me stop using it. Fits under my desk nicely and allows me to be at a normal chair height at my desk. Was pretty easy to assemble. I hear the video is helpful. I just went with the diagram.

Satisfied for the price
I'm 4'11", average adult weight. This is about as good as I had hoped- good enough to sit for up to two hours at a time (with maybe a little stiffness when you take a break). If you need to sit 8 hours straight, definitely invest in a top-of-line version instead.I occasionally think my height or thigh length make this slightly less ergonomic than intended, so not perfect for kids or the very short.I move from this chair, to my couch, to my walking desk frequently, and it does the job of being just the right level of comfort/discomfort to deter me from sitting for extended periods, while also helping my tight hips.

Low to ground
The media could not be loaded. The instruction said it would take an hour to put together. I put it together in 19 minutes. And that is with undoing a screw to reposition something. I do wish that the instructions were a little more clear, but they're about as clear as instructions usually are. I am a little surprised with how low the low setting is. In the picture you can tell that my legs are parallel with the ground and how close I actually am to the ground (for reference I am a robust 5'8"). There's not really any side tipping So I think this would be a good chair for someone who's limitedly abled. It doesn't feel like I'm going to break it, which is great because I am 185 lbs and with how small it is, I feel like a giant. The video shows it's approximate size. You can see the keyboard and the power strip as reference. And how it would lay under a desk. All in all I like the chair. It's going to suit my needs very much.It does hit my tailbone differently than other chairs do, So keep that in mind if you have some tailbone issues.

It's hard on the shins
....That's the only complaint I have to say about the padding for the knees so I give it a 3 when it comes to comfort. Assembly I give it a 5 because it didn't take very long to put together and the instructions were extremely easy to follow. Instantly, you can feel your core strengthening and your posture improving and for the knee problem, I have to place a pillow under my knees for extra cushion but I still feel like circulation is being cut off. Alternatively, I would sit up higher on the seat to relieve pressure on my knees, even though, I'm still sitting in a 20 or 30 degree angle, which is the whole idea of the chair. With that being said, I also realized that when I was in a regular office chair, I wanted to naturally sit in a kneeling position so 5 stars for ergonomics and it's a good investment on your back. As far as for price, I give it a 5. So, it doesn't matter what brand or price, they all work the same and the expensive chairs also give you knee discomfort btw. 😁✌️

Do not buy this.
The diagrams in the assembly manual were terrible. It should be a simple thing. I am mechanically inclined, but this was a struggle. The bolts were so smooth, they were hard to grip. The bolts and diagram were not easily identifiable. Once I got it built, I tried using the chair for my job. I work from home. After just 30 minutes, my legs felt they were going to fall off. I tried adjusting it with the threaded rod. No position was ever comfortable. Either my knees and shins hurt, my rear went numb, or my entire legs were throbbing. When I chose to return the item, the shipping label was not postage-paid, so they also expected me to pay for return shipping, not even giving a drop-off option like Kohl’s Returns. Amazon assistant filed a claim and I was refunded. The Amazon “customer service” chat bot was quite limited and did not really have the processing power to address my concerns.

A good value
There are many other chairs like this on the market that are far more expensive. For what it does, it is a good value. It was also relatively easy to assemble.

Great for the back, tough on the knees and shins
Transfers your weight to your knees and the front of your shins, which hurt after a little while. But makes your back straight, which helps with a lot of aches and pains. Assembly not bad with the video posted here, but the written instructions are mainly hieroglyphics. Very hard to change the lower height adjustment once assembled. Quality is good for the price.

Great for work from home!
I love the chair!! It’s one of the lower prices options here but it works! It’s very comfy, and yes it can be a bit hard on your knees if you don’t move for a long time. But the hole point is to change posture once in a while so as long as you do that you be fine.
