Ok, I'm going to break it down as best I can... -Taste: 10/10 - when compared to other fat burners, BCAAs, preworkouts, etc. this stuff absolutely dominates in taste! Mango is the only flavor I've tried and I ordered this one because I read it was the least sweet tasting. I absolutely love it! It doesn't have that terrible aspartame taste. The serving size is one scoop for 10oz of water and I think that's the perfect ratio but if you find it sweet, just add more water! -Mixability: 10/10 - it easily disintegrates into water! No clumps! -Quality ingredients: 10/10 - No dyes, no artificial flavors and no aspartame! This stuff has Vitamin C, B6, B12, Riboflavin, Niacin and Chromium (which I recently read a study on it's effectiveness for maintaining lean body mass while decreasing body fat percentage), a 'fat burning matrix' which consists of all the ingredients you've seen studies for and you've heard Dr. Oz talk about at one point :) (CLA, raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, L-carnitine, green coffee bean extract, grapefruit seed extract, etc.) -Effectiveness for giving you a boost to crush your workouts: 10/10 - I seriously feel like I'm exerting 200% effort when I drink this about 10-15 minutes before working out. Yesterday I was running at about 6.5 on the treadmill at an incline and I swear I felt like I could stay at that pace for hours. -Thermogenic for fat burning: 10/10 - It works. I haven't changed anything else about my routine (eating the same and exercising the same number of days doing consistent workouts) and this is definitely helping me cut! It's most noticeable around my waist. -Mood boosting: 10/10 - LOVE the way this makes me feel! It's like I've just taken a happy pill :) On days I don't train, I drink this in the morning and I feel like I can accomplish anything haha it's strangely effective. -Doesn't make you jittery: 10/10 - I really appreciate that this is not that uncomfortable kind of energy where you're shaky and sweaty. I’m on my second jar! The flavors are true and taste good, making consumption easy. I’ve tried Cosmic Blast and Gummy Snake. My experience, when taken daily as intended yes the cravings and meal intake will subside. When taken before workouts, I noticed the sweat payoff increased and so did my effort in the gym. I consistently maxed out on reps and/or increased in weight. Cardio didn’t seem as bad and before taking this product, I never looked forward to cardio. Nonetheless, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It is a great benefit to my weight loss journey and I plan to continue to use.

Bought this with not high expectations but ended up really loving this product where I’m planning to keep buying. The taste is great, low calories, and can feel it within the first 10 mins. It takes a little effort to dissolve but not anything crazy. I do feel slightly jittery at first but more of a want to get up and do something and not a scary psychical/mental feeling. It is on the pricier side but i think it’s worth the money, amount wise and energy wise.

i personally did not love the mango specifically. it's overly sweet. but i love oxyshred overall. my favorite is strawberry guava.

Oxyshred Thermogenic Fat Burner Flavor: Cosmic Blast. The flavor is fine. It’s a bit sweet but after a few days it was easy enough to get used to. 8/10 Dissolvability: the product does dissolve with the use of small whisk in water. There is undissolved residue at the bottom of the glass, but a little more water does the trick. 8/10 Jitters and sweat: I didn’t get any jitters or an unusual amount of sweat from the product’s use that others have mentioned. 10/10 I’m 57 and I began taking this product on July 20, 2024. I take it when I wake up on an empty stomach, then once again on my lifting days (4 days a week) as I drive to the gym. I weighed 173 when I began and had 17% body fat. Prior to taking this product, I was cardio fit and most of the workouts consisted of road cycling, elliptical, Pilates, and had recently started a strength training program. I work out 18-20 hours a week. I had strong, muscular legs but little upper body muscle. I decided in early June to recompose my body to reduce my body fat percentage with the goal being 10-11% and to develop my abs. I started to focus on strength training in conjunction with my cardio work. As I write this review it is Sept 5th and I’m near the end of the first canister and I weigh 166 and my body fat is 13%. My quads are cut, I’ve added visible muscle to my chest, back, shoulders and arms. Best of all, I have abs beginning to show. My impression is the changes that have occurred are due to hours put into the gym, cardio, and a healthy nutrition plan but I do believe this product contributed to those results by boosting my metabolism. I doubt this product would work without an exercise and nutrition program. Yes, I’m going to order the next cannister of the product. Oct 26, 2024, Update: I'm nearly finished with the second cannister. I now weigh 164, but my body fat is 11% using calipers and the skinfold test. I've added quite a bit of muscle, and my abs are definitely showing. Not bad since my gym, and road cycling, activities were restricted for roughly two weeks as I dodged hurricanes. I resorted to quite a few home bodyweight exercises and intense ab-wheel workouts. My impressions haven't really changed since my original comments - Yes, this product will work, if you are focused on working out and a healthy nutrition plan. I'm working towards adding more muscle and 10% body fat. I've ordered my next cannister. Nov 11, 2024: I'm roughly halfway through the third cannister and I've hit my 10% body fat goal. I weigh 163 lbs and I've packed on muscle since beginning this transformation. I have "V" shaped abs and I couldn't be happier with the results. Hard work resistance training at the gym, cardio, eating right and sticking to the plan has paid off. I will continue to use this product. Feb 2, 2025: I’m finishing my fourth canister and have my fifth one arriving soon. The last five weeks have been interesting because I lacerated my knee, which has kept me from doing cardio work. I've only been able to do upper-body resistance training. So, my body fat percentage has ticked up to 11%, but I’ve added a significant amount of lean muscle. Once I can resume cardio in 2-3 weeks, it will be interesting to see how quickly I can cut down again. Overall, I think this product works when resistance training and cardio are combined. Without the cardio component, the gains are harder to come by.

It came in two days. Tastes great. The quality is nice and makes me feel great. Zero sugar and does not leave you feeling jittery at all. The Mixability is good but after a few minutes the powder does sink to the bottom a little. Nothing a light shake can’t fix!

Desiccant silica gel packet found torn when I opened the container. This is unacceptable. This might harm me if I didn’t notice it.

This product made my throat feel tight to the point I feel like puking while working out. I feel dizzy and I’m having a brain fog and it’s my first time ever feeling like this in any pre workout I tried out. Gave it many chance as I don’t like wasting my money but sadly I have to throw it away as it doesn’t feel good working out.

The product arrived, with the factory safety seal partly opened, and the plastic screw cap cross-threaded. The seal had no EHPlabs brand name printed on it. It seemed that the partly opened safety seal was used by someone to spoon-in the contents. Therefore it can be reasonably assumed that the contents were fake, or adulterated with other substances, which may be potentially harmful to human health. There is no way that a genuine article from EHPlabs, would ever leave their production facilities in the condition described above.
