Brazilian Botosoft Platinum Recovery Repair

This product has a strong smell, but it deliver great results.

DO NOT buy this product. I have it for 6 weeks and used it 3 times before something happened to the product. It has a smell like formaldehyde. When i put on my hair it burned, made me cry and the smell was intolerable. I tried it again and the same thing happened. I contacted the company was told that the product has an expiration date and that it was not expired to keep it in a cool place. The return time has passed which means no refund and I lost $100.

Product worked as stated, except I received platinum and the seller stating its a new form but does the same. Obviously it doesn't if it lightens your hair color. Good product, but poor customer service.
