This item is very nice. Looks great, works great. I have been using this as I go for the last few weeks. For the first time in 20 years I can stand tall in the shower and be under the water. How refreshing. The customer service is just as good as my impression of this product. Quick responses, do what they say, and eager to help. I wish all companies could be this way. Longer version. I have an original clawfoot tub that has the faucet holes with narrow (3 3/8") spacing. I have been trying for years to find an affordably priced faucet/shower assembly to replace my long failed fixture. The problem is, fixtures with the narrow spacing are much less common while being extremely expensive. And the variety seemed to be mostly faucet/hand shower with some faucet/shower fixtures, but never all three. But I kept looking. One day recently I stumbled upon this seller's (gotonovo) offerings and thought their faucet/shower/hand shower combined was really nice, as was their pricing. Very reasonable. So as I'm looking at their offerings hoping to find something that would work for my situation, some adapters bwere recommended that could adapt these fixtures to my tub (And newer tubs to older style fixtures). Could it be, that I could finally replace my broken fixture? As I study the offerings by this seller, and others I decided on this fixture based on price, looks, perceived quality/ratings, the lifetime warranty, and the offer of supplying the shower extension and shower mount extensions free of charge (Not necessarily in that order). In the ad it states that they will provide the extensions without charge, but that you need to measure first and request them. So I knew before buying that it would be at least a couple of weeks before I could complete my project. I decided the delay would be worth it and placed my order. A few days later my package arrived. All the peices were packed nicely in fitted foam inside a nice sturdy box, much like a fitted camera case. I thought this loks promising as I unpacked the box. The pieces were all there, they all looked good and fit together well. They had a nice finish and they felt solid and sturdy. The valves turned smoothly. When the weekend came I measured for the additional parts and emailed the seller through Amazon's "contact seller" requesting the parts. They responded the same day, verified the parts and dimensions I needed, then regretfully informed me due to the impacts of coronavirus there would be a delay in shipping and delivery time of about 3 to 4 weeks. They offered to have me buy thru Amazon and refund my purchase price to get it quicker, then refund my purchase price. I agreed. The mount extemsions showed up a few days later, I emailed the invoice number to them and they promptly refunded. Then they verified that I had already properly extended the shower pipe before making the same offer to buy then refund the price for the shower tube extension. Again I agreed. After I received the item and checked it I submitted my invoice number they refunded my money. I now have a shower I can stand under, that doesn't leak. The shower extension I placed between the faucet and the diverter valve (Instead of above the diverter valve as suggested) so I can also use the hand shower while standing upright. Considering the price ($135), some of the comments/reviews, my overall cynism and my years of suffering with my old broken fixture, my hopes were high while my expectations were a bit lower for how this would turn out. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. My expectations for both the product and the seller were greatly exceeded. I would not hesitate buying their products again. If only more businesses were like this. I wish them long life and good health, and a long and prosperous business.

Short answer- AMAZING PRODUCT!! Everyone always admire our guest bathroom shower! It's unique and beautiful! Would recommend to everyone!!! Long answer... Buy this product!!!! We were in the process of building and I knew I wanted the guest bathroom to have some kind of shower that included a wand to make the dog baths easier! (...and eventually children when we start a family🙂) I did not like the shower head that detaches in the middle... reminded me of a sting ray🤷‍♀️ I stumbled across this beautiful, very affordable piece and loved it! I read reviews and felt good about my decision. Fast forward a few months (builders are slow during covid🤪) and this is finally getting installed just before move in! I got a text from the contractor that it was missing an extender piece... so I need to reach out to the company. I emailed the company, stressed that I'm outside of the 90 days... and was greeted with the kindest email! They wanted to see a picture of the product and from there were able to instruct how to extend the product. (No pieces missing!!!) That alone was a great experience!!... but then after a couple weeks in the new house, my husband wanted to try out the guest shower-- he switched bathrooms because he loved the shower head so much! It's amazing! Like a waterfall!! If you're not convinced yet... my last brag on this product- is finally got around to washing my golden doodle with the nozzle and it made it so much easier than filling a cup over and over. I even think she enjoyed it more! However, I noticed some water spraying out of the head-i emailed customer service and sent a video. They sent a replacement nozzle at no cost and no hassle! The price, the quality, and the customer service make this the best bathroom investment!!!

Installed this in a walk-in master bath shower. It looks and performs beautifully. I love the exposed plumbing look. With the exception of the flexible line for the hand shower head, the finish remains beautiful. The quality of the valve and machining of the parts is top notch. Installation was straight forward requiring some skill in getting the supply fittings positioned so that the unit is positioned properly after the tile was installed. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is this... I noticed, after about three months of use, that the bronze finish of the flexible hose near the connector at the handle started losing it's finish. I rotated the line to hide the shiny silver of the base metal when the shower was not being used. Maybe some plastic liner for the piece that stores the hand shower head would help preserve the finish. A few months later the silver was showing all the way around. I searched the paperwork and web site but could not find any information on how to acquire a replacement. I hope that someone from the manufacturer responds with this information.

Seems great so far. Installed myself easily. Adjusted the length and then it was leaking. Lowered it an inch, and it stopped. Such a nice flow of water! A joy to take a shower now.

Be very cautious buying this product. The thread patterns on their adapter are for IPS and will not work with standard plumbing NPT fittings (even though this is what they show). This means that standard inwall plumbing fittings, whether PEX, Copper or Brass, will not connect to their adapter. This is a huge problem as after 5 plumbing stores, 1 week of waiting, finally just bought 2 new adapters ($20) off Amazon (maybe part of the scam). The company has a really nice website, however, their phone number does not work and after several emails of trying to figure it out, their only response was we received your email and working on it. I even took photos and explained what was going on and just asking for assistance. I sure hope it all works and hook up, already bought it, wife loves the look, but if it ever goes bad, guess ripping out wall and starting over. Would just stay away if starting off.

I contacted Amazon they would not help me said I had to take all out and send back. Our plumber plumbed in before we tiled for this type of systems so I can’t quiet off to turn without a new one. Manufacturing company never contacted me either. So do not buy this
