No I didn’t read any alcohol listed on ingredient list and it doesn’t dry my skin out as some products with alcohol do.

Does this come in a glass bottle?

no glass! Comes in a plastic bottle.

Can this be used on the body?

I guess it could but wouldn't. It doesn't lather.

It says there’s some fruit oil in it, does it contain lime?

The ingredients show grapefruit seed oil for the citrus. Lime was not included in the list on my oil. I love it. Hope this helps you.
