Is to be expected these rods only allowed me to make up to 5 gallon of colloidal silver mix at 30 ppm per gallon, was hoping to get more usage out the rods but good enough to get job done

Not sure about it...
I've nene had colloidal silver sticks shed so much in such little time while making colloidal silver. Any others ones I've ever had used or seen never did what these do. I would not buy again or recommend.
