the only downside is the pill is large, strangely sometimes I don't struggle at all but sometimes I can't even pass it breaking it in half. I purchased a pill crusher at my local pharmacy and crush it down if I have too but never go a day without taking atleast on of these clinical strength bad boys.

I have been using this product for over a month now. This purchase was actually my 2nd bottle of the GNC Milk Thistle. I began taking this upon the recommendation of an herbalist/nutritionist to aid in liver toxicity. I am a pain patient due to a neurological disease called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)/CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). As a result of the disease I have to use pain relievers and other medications to deal with the subsequent symptoms of the disease and all of this has a terrible effect on the liver....and the Milk Thistle helps to restore the liver to better health. Great product!

I give these 4 STARS I love this product since I have no gallbladder and need to keep my liver health at optimal level, BUT the pills are HUGE and tend to get stuck going down. I have had to drink and entire bottle of water to just get it down. I will not stop taking these because of that, because these are pure and have no bogus or dangerous additives but can you TRY to make these either smaller or less rigid shape, to go down easier?!! Thank you for a quality product!!
