Not good quality.
Dimensions are actually 1.5 x 1.5", lots of knots and sapwood, grain run-out so some stakes break when hammered into the ground, three out of twelve stakes badly warped, and wood is pine or fir (quite soft). It would be better to rip a 2x4 lengthwise and sharpen the ends.
