I bought this to have something to keep me emerged while rehabilitating from foot surgery. It included everything needed. I had a difficult time getting the fold lines out of the canvas. Even ironing didn’t work but as I painted it got better. The painting is really pretty and well done but it was my first and I’m a grandma so I needed a magnifying glass to see many of the areas I was painting. Because of this it took a toll on my eyes so I couldn’t paint for more than an hour or two at a time. I needed to refer to the copy of the picture with the numbers on it because sometime you slip up and cover a number. Also some small areas were missing numbers. So this was great to have. There was plenty of paint too. 3 perfect brushes and a small copy of what the picture should look like at completion! It took me 3 months to complete but I only painted a few times a week. I’m proud of myself It’s pretty enough to frame!

I'm a serial paint-by-numbers "artist," addicted to these things. I usually don't bother to review them because they are just time-fillers and I don't really care about quality or how they turn out. But many of them have printing that is hard to read, paints that are too dry, or paint that doesn't cover well. Little frustrations. This kit, however, is perfection. Very clear, easy to read numbers, paints that are just the right consistency, good coverage. And the paint colors are true to the photo of the painting. Heavenly, enjoyable, mindless painting.

I love paint by number. Inexpensive way to add pictures for walls. They look great when framed. Relaxing way to spend a rainy day. This is my eighth painting and have a new one to start.

I like how the face turned out but the clothes and background and not to mention the left hand all blended into each other. I had three totally dried out paint; all of which were a shade of green. I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller so I reached out to an Amazon custom service rep; the first of which wasn’t helpful he/she went as far as to tell me to call in for a different person (I first used the instant message option). I called in and was helped, a new kit was sent and the paint in that one were all good.

This was the first paint by numbers I’ve done, and it turned out so well. Very enjoyable. I was afraid the paint wouldn’t be enough but there was plenty of all except for one color, the color of the top left sky and the flowers. Wish they would have included a second tub of that color. Some of the paints were thinner than others, some were so thick and clumpy that I had to thin them out to make them work, but not too many of them. Overall though, especially for the price, it was great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like the product but time got away from me my paints are dry. And were I can mix and match myown I would like to purchase a replacement set of paint and I can't find were to ask.

So I started with number one. I opened up the paint and it was pretty thick and not a lot of it. I started painting the 1s with the terrible paint brushed that were included and there is not enough to do all the ones. The whole sky is 1, but there are lots of other 1s that still need painting. I guess I need to go to the store and see if I can find some that matches. The paint brushes are not stiff enough. This is my first paint by number since I was a kid. Hopefully I’ll have plenty of the other colors.

Product arrived quickly and on time. Very easy to follow. It is a considerable size. What’s in the photo took me a week doing a little after work each day. Relaxing. I like that they include a miniature copy of the drawing. This helped me more than once as a reference when I made a mistake and painted over the wrong section. I had plenty of paint. The paint dried very quickly. I got so many compliments on this painting.

It was a great and challenging experience for me to try painting by numbers. However, I faced shortage of paint and some of them were dry (that's why I gave 4 stars). Overall I recommend it, but not for beginners as it includes many details.
