Works great!
Very well made. Blades are super sharp but do not irritate my skin. I didn’t realize how awful my previous one was until I tried this one. Very pleased.

Sleek pulls for your pocket door
Pocketdoorman.com (my contractor) said these were “awesome”. So … …. “What he said!! “. I’d buy them again for sure!!!!

Teeny tiny finger hole, spring is unnecessarily strong, manually intensive installation
Why can't they make the finger hole fit for an adult human? Or at least make the spring not as strong so it doesn't take two hands to open (one to push the top in so the other can get into the finger hole to pull up). There's no template or guide or instructions on how much to clear away inside the door so the mechanism can swing and move properly, so it's all trial and error with drills and chisels. The face must be fully inset to the side of the door so it sits flush, but it's not flat on the back of it, and you can't just router out your rectangle, so again it's all manual chiseling, bit by bit with trial and error; if you carve out too much, then it's too deeply inset. If your chiseling isn't absolutely perfect around the outside edge of the rectangle, it's obvious.

Very happy with the purchase
Found this and took a risk as it was cheaper. Glad I did. Very happy with the product, just as advertised, saved time and money.
