Actually it was very cute but too large for my cockateil. I cut it down and it was still too heavy for her. She wore it a few days and then I tossed it.

This states the small is okay for lovebirds and parakeets it is seriously too big for both. It possibly would work for a larger parrot.

Way to large for a small cocatile need to adjust sizing had to return to get a different brand
