Perfect fit even for my husbands fairly large office chair that has a curved ergonomic seat. It's a very expensive high quality chair, but it has seen years of very intense use and it was really showing.There was a hole down in the cusion that led straight to an iron rod that he could feel when sitting, and little bits of foam kept escaping the hole and getting everywhere. I used scissors to cut a slit along the rod, used some spare memory foam stuffing from a pillow to fill the hole and long gap of missing foam, test sitting to make sure I didn't over-fill, then sewing it together as best I could with a curved leather needle lol. For the round patch of missing bit of fabric, I cut out a similar size patch from the top of an old pair of sheer tights and used that to cover the hole as I needed something stretchy. I pulled this cover over to hide the "surgery" and secured it with the straps, and it actually looks SO good! It's very stretchy so it follows the shape of the chair, the colour is a nice solid black, and the fabric is of a good enough comfort and quality that my husband didn't even notice anything was different lol. I also tightened all screws and cleaned the chair properly, so it's as if he has a brand new chair. I haven't washed the cover yet, but there is absolutely no way washing it will be a problem. I would just pop it in a washbag to make sure the straps don't tangle, wash with any dark clothes. Highly recommend! 👏🏻👏🏻

My desk chair seat was torn due to much use over several years. The rest of the chair is in good order, so I don't need a new one yet. This seat cover looks good, fits well, does the job and thereby saves me a few pence.

Required to improve the appearance of a 'leather' chair that proved to be either vinyl or coated fabric that it is progressively losing, the "smiry Stretch Chair Seat Covers for Office, Black 1PC Jacquard Office Chair Slipcovers" is relatively inexpensive and stretchable to cover a seat or chair-back of several sizes up to 22-inches (approx. 65cm) front-to-back and side-to-side and with a seat depth of 2.12-inches (approx. 54mm). It may not be best suited for use on deeply-padded chairs or those with some designs of frame.Delivered in an unexpectedly small package, the fabric feels quite thin but is also surprisingly strong, more than adequately so to tolerate the manipulation needed to ensure the best fit. Available in black or navy only, it should fit many different styles of office chair, with or without arms but not the standard typist's or clerical chairs that tend to have smaller seats of 14-16 inches (approx. 35-40 cm) in width and depth.It is fitted with two pairs of ties which may be difficult to use in some situations as the chair will probably need to be tipped onto its back or, as in this instance, some tucked themselves into the cover and then could not be later found. The cover can accommodate side-mounted arms although it will not tuck under the seat in those locations; removing or loosening the mounts may be feasible and obtain a better all-round fit if they are located under the seat and not at the sides.Fitting will require persistence, some re-stretching and repositioning of its corners in order to achieve the best-possible results. It looks good once on.

These are a little more expensive than some others listed, but worth it as they are good quality. They are sufficiently stretchy to mold themselves to the seat shape, but also to sit firmly in place. The elastic fasteners underneath are far better made than some photos show, with a good width and with a sensible good quality fastener.For the back I had to cut small holes to accommodate screw fittings, but the material was resilient and although it was a bit difficult to make these in exactly the right spot, again the stretchiness allowed repositioning so that the end result was quite satisfactory.This desk chair is now 20 years old, has had new rubber wheels (to minimise marking of a wood floor) and new arms (the old ones had started splitting). With these new covers I hope they will look the part for many years to come.Thoroughly recommended.

Really good bit of kit, transformed well used chair into a new looking office chair

chairs look like new. nice tight stretchy fit. would have appreciated some degree of water proofing in case of spills and would suggest that straps, if used are tied number 1 to 2 and number 3 to 4 to avoid crossing central underseat controls. not happy with the steep colour based pricing hence 3 stars.

This fits well, even on my Hippo, which has a 47x51cm seat size. It took a min to fit, and the difference was amazing and instant. It doesn't slip or move around, and I am using this chair for several hours per day. It is comfortable and doesn't irritate.Well worth it's price.
