Though the bulb dims well the dimmer at lowest setting is too low - bulb stays off at first.Great white light easy to see while saving energy & the environmentCan leave LEDs On and not worry about it getting so Hot ---> like the factory bulbs - (factory bulb will burn you if you touch it)Cost much less than the Dacor bulb ( part#62351 JDR E27 120V 75W halogen)These 50W equivalent LEDs (Cool White) are actually brighter than the factory 75W halogensHappy so far, hope it will last several years. I'll update if one of the LEDs fail

Won't work in a Dacor hood. Not even a flicker. I can plug them into a standard lamp, and they come on.

Plug nicely into the hood range, and it turns on fine. But it never turns off completely - keep flickering. Call the company and they say nothing they can do. Note: we're not using this bulb with any dimmers.

So far, so good. No flickering with our Dacor hood. I hope this continues, it has only been a few days.

I bought these because the retail stores sell these babies at $23.00 and up. They work great to light the area I need lit.
